The situation

More than 50% of film shoots in France are concentrated in Paris & Île-de-France, even though this region represents only 2.2% of the national territory. Filming in the Paris region is becoming increasingly difficult: heavy traffic, complicated parking, exorbitant location costs, and demanding municipalities… all of which strain the production’s budget, as well as the morale of clients, directors, and the entire technical crew. The time and money wasted are resources that could otherwise be invested “on screen” in your film.
